Zoo Animal Sponsorship

Guides have been sponsoring and caring for animals at Taronga Zoo as a Guide service since 1978. More recently we have also sponsored fauna at the Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo. Over the years the sponsorship has been for different Australian animals and birds.

How can Guides help save endangered species?   More work, funds, and research are needed to save endangered species. One way Guides can help is by supporting the Guides NSW Zoo Sponsorships each year. This is an exciting service for Guides to do. Plan fun and interesting ways to raise your donations and then send your cheque to Guide House earmarking the donation for the Zoo Sponsorship.
