Make your stay even more exciting by booking one of the
many activities that are available on site.
Facilities and Equipment are available on site for the
activities below. Qualified instructors are required for some of these activities.
There is an additional cost for most activities. Details can be
obtained from the Properties Department at Guide NSW - 02 9698 3322 or email guides@guidesnsw.org.au


Vertical Twister
- Come and try the latest fun activity
Archery - Two
Hour session for participants aged over 7 years.
Abseiling - Three hour
session for participants aged over 10 years. There is a low level course available
on site. A more advanced level is undertaken off site.

Low Ropes Challenge Course
- A group activity developing team building skills for all ages.
Minimum group size is 5.
Ice blocking - Sliding
down the slope on a block of ice.
Pioneering - Learn to make
rope bridges and ladders, transporters, etc.
Tracking and Orienteering
- Set and follow a trail using symbols created from the bush. Learn to
use a compass and read the land to find a goal.
Campfire - Subject to fire
restrictions.
On Your Own
- There are
several bushwalks that can be undertaken. Historic Peggy's Pool, whilst
not suitable for swimming, it is fun for "pond dipping". For a longer
walk, try the nearby Ku-ring-gai National Park.
More Things On Your Own -
Other equipment that we canprovide include frisbees, billycarts, stilts, horseshoes
and badminton / volleyball. These activities require adult supervision.
There is an abundance of Wildlife on the property, so
birdwatching is an option.
Glengarry is a protected reserve for flora and fauna.
