For recognition of a person who is not a member but has given
exceptional service to Guiding, or a Support Group, District Support
Team or other Organisation.
Nomination for a Guide Service Award
This award is for a member currently holding an appointment within
Guides Australia. The nominee needs to have given service beyond
the expectation of her role. The application is made without the
knowledge of the recipient.

Guiding Assistant
This form is used to notify State that an adult member/ Prospective
Leader has achieved the necessary modules to become a Guiding Assistant.
The
Finance Department at Guide House have produced a memo to help you
insure your halls correctly. They have also tried to help you by
including a price list for everyday items that are sometimes difficult
to put a price on.
They have also designed an easy to
use Insurance Return form. For printable forms (manual

and print
off the pages you need. To keep your records electronically you can download an Excel
spreadsheet which will automatically calculate your totals. To save the file to your
